Each Carlo piece is curated with precision and attention to detail. While our jewelry is designed to be worn and enjoyed, proper care is essential to preserve its appearance.
Care

Store jewelry separately in its pouch or box to avoid scratches.

Keep away from chemicals, water, perfumes, and abrasives.

Clean gently with a soft polishing cloth only.
Warranty
Carlo provides a 30-day limited warranty covering manufacturing defects only. Eligible claims include issues present upon delivery, such as:

A defective clasp

A loose or missing stone upon arrival

Structural faults preventing wear
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear (including scratches, tarnishing, or fading)

Damage caused by improper care, accidents, or misuse

Any alterations or repairs performed outside of Carlo
Resolution
If your piece qualifies under warranty, Carlo will offer replacement or store credit only. Because our collections are limited, identical replacements may not be available.
Process
All claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery with proof of purchase and photographic evidence. Claims outside this period or without proper documentation will not be accepted.
