Eligible returns are issued as store credit only.

Requests must be made within 5 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Exchanges
We are happy to assist with exchanges for another Carlo piece once your return is received and approved.

Custom orders, engraved items, and discounted products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
